What is the purpose of a VIP Manager?

The VIP manager’s job is to ensure that member’s requests are promptly settled and they also have the power to issue special bonuses to VIP players.

Terms & Conditions

  • - Bonuses, rebates and privileges are non-transferable.
  • - VIP levels are assigned based on the user’s total deposits for the month. Member's VIP level will be downgraded if they do not meet the monthly deposit requirement for 2 consecutive months.
  • - Weekly Rescue Bonus will be calculated based on 3% of the player's win loss for that week and will be dispensed on every Monday.
  • - Monthly Loyalty Bonus will be dispensed to players if they achieve the Monthly Tier Requirement of that particular VIP level.
  • - SanadoClub will issue Free Monthly Movie Tickets to our VIP members on special occasions at the discretion of our VIP managers.
  • - Weekly Free Spins will be credited to players on every Monday.
  • - Rebates for turnover generated on Blackjack will be halved.
  • - Rebates will be paid out daily after 14:00 (GMT+8) based on turnover generated on the previous day from 00:00 to 23:59.
  • - There will be a turnover requirement of 1x for all VIP bonuses and rebates before they are eligible for withdrawal.
  • - In the event that any user is abusing or attempting to abuse the privileges of our VIP system, SanadoClub reserves the right to revoke his/her VIP privileges any time without prior notice.
